This workshop will focus on how to successfully prioritize and engage with prospects — with the end goal of converting them to customers. During this session, participants will learn a simplified approach to targeting, including how to:

(1) Identify the right targets (customers) — through segmentation (size, industry, etc.) and buying triggers

(2) Zero in on the right person/decision maker at the target

(3) Use the right messaging and medium to reach them

(4) Validate the overall approach
