Beginning in 1971 as a print shop of 11 employees, Quad/Graphics went on to launch its QuadMed subsidiary in 1990 to deliver solutions for high-quality onsite wellness and primary care, while providing positive ROI to the company’s bottom line. QuadMed has resulted in a healthier workforce through an incentivized wellness program
called Lean You, while also touting health care spending per employee 30% below their state average and single-digit annual health care cost increases.
President Timothy Dickman will address key steps toward a healthy workforce and its impact to the company’s bottom line.
We will close with remarks from Healthy Nashville, an initiative of the Mayor’s Office that aims to continually improve the health and quality of life of all Nashvillians.
