About Us
We are a family born and raised in Chicago. When we moved to Nashville, we missed Chicago food so much, we decided to open 312 Pizza Co. with our family recipes. It just simply didn't exist in Nashville yet, so we thought we would bring the Windy City to Music City. The story of our pizza starts in the Little Italy neighborhood of Chicago where our grandmother was taught how to make pizza sauce and dough from a friend, whose family owned a local pizzeria. Over the decades, our family has enjoyed these recipes and we're proud to share them with you here in Nashville.
Our commitment to quality food:
We make everything from scratch using only the best all natural ingredients. We use local and organic ingredients when available. We do not use any products with high fructose corn syrup, artificial colors or flavoring, dough conditioners, or artificial preservatives. We use only non GMO flour that is never bleached or bromated and Rice Bran fryer oil free from TBHQ.
