| Our lineage not only highlights our Wisconsin roots and Midwestern values, but underscores how being an Allen Edmonds Man is passed down from one generation to the next. For us, there is nothing better than having a father bring his son into one of our stores to get him fitted for his first pair of Allen Edmonds. They may not pick out the same style, but this sharing of wisdom and sense of style-getting the most for your money-speaks to tradition and fellowship, and we are honored to be a part of these moments.
As you can imagine, this sort of loyalty has attracted customers from all walks of life, especially those whose drive to be the best has pushed them to the top of their chosen professions. We credit our strong values and work ethics as the reasons our footwear is consistently chosen by corporate, political, entertainment and community leaders. Whether it is receiving a glowing endorsement from the Prime Minister of Canada, Stephen Harper, or Presidents Ronald Reagan, George H.W. Bush, Bill Clinton and George W. Bush all choosing to wear Park Avenues for their inaugurations, we cannot help but be proud that leaders all over the world are wearing our shoes during the most important moments of their esteemed careers.
Our commitment to Allen Edmonds customers begins before our shoes are even made, thanks to the forethought we put into creating designs that will stand the test of time and our tireless efforts to use only first-class materials in our products. Once we do begin the manufacturing process, we rely on our skilled craftspeople, our time-tested construction methods and an unmatched attention to detail to ensure that nothing leaves our factory unless we deem it to be of the highest quality.
This dedication to excellence carries over to our stores, where the majority of our master-fitters have over a decade of experience, making them experts when it comes to helping you find that pair of Allen Edmonds that will feel like they were tailored especially for your feet.
In this day and age, with so many companies turning over their customer service operations to automated computers or overseas call centers, why do we continue go to such lengths to care for our clientele? Because as manufacturers of premium mens footwear, accessories and cedar products, our number one priority is to deliver exceptional value to our customers every day. When all is said and done, we know our customers are the reason we've been around for so long. | Member Since: 2018

| From a mother’s kitchen in Woodbine, GA to Savannah, GA, candy from the Strickland kitchen is still down home delightful.
The man behind the famous Savannah, GA Candy is, Stan “the candy man” Strickland. The story begins in Woodbine, Georgia. His mother worked in a candy factory known for their Pecan Pralines, Log Rolls, Glazed Pecans, Peanut Brittle and Divinity Candy. At home, she was always making candy and pralines, especially during the holidays. She was an old fashioned baker who measured with the “cup” of her hand and always used the best, fresh ingredients. For Stan’s mother, cooking and baking was an art form. Stan baked with his mom in the kitchen learning how to make her spectacular homemade southern delights.

| The Nashville FarmersMarket (NFM) is home to farmers, artisans, restauranteurs, and local business merchants throughout the year. We are divided into three distinct areas--each supporting locally owned & operated businesses. Our Farm Side consists of two large covered sheds and a middle market area home to anywhere from five to one hundred farmers, artisans, craftspersons, & merchants. All year round, you will find ranchers, bakers, prepared foods, soaps, milk, cheese & more-especially on our busiest days Friday-Sunday. For our farmers & produce merchants--the busiest season is "growing season" approximately June-November each year. Beginning in April you will find flowers & early spring produce which weather-willing, which gradually develops into "peak season" in which you'll find the largest variety of locally-grown foods to November which closes out our produce with the last of late harvest and early introduction of holiday trees & plants. Seven days/week, 362 days per year-you can purchase produce, jams, honey, canned goods, and more from five locally-owned & operated businesses who have been at NFM for generations. Our Market House consists of nine restaurants, a coffee cafe, Louisiana Seafood Co. (Friday-Sunday), International Market, Howell's Farm Store & many day-merchants.
