A new business growth initiative of Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce for 2012
Because sustained revenue and employment growth of the Nashville area's business community is critical to our future prosperity, this learning series is designed to nurture and accelerate the growth of established second-stage businesses by equipping CEOs and their management teams with a cohesive curriculum that covers the core areas these leaders need to know:
- Planning for growth
- Structure
- Systems
- Culture
Combining expert content providers and successful business leaders with tried-and-tested experience, this series will engage learners in a way that is application-oriented and highly experiential, with "homework" between sessions. The program includes a peer-learning component to reflect, share and problem-solve among fellow participants, as well as team-focused time for leaders within the same company to work through real-life issues on the spot.
