John Guillaume, vice president of product management & strategy at Comcast, joins us from their headquarters in Philadelphia to discuss technology strategies for small business. Attendees will learn how to scale their small business technologies as their company grows, including successful approaches to remote working and steps to take to keep their business information safe.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER: John Guillaume At Comcast, Mr. Guillaume is responsible for management of the business services portfolio of products including data, voice, customer portal and applications, and television for Comcast Business Services.
Mr. Guillaume has been involved in a number of successful technology and telecommunications ventures over the last 18 years. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Sales, Product, and Marketing at New Global Telecom, the largest wholesale provider of VoIP and Unified Communications in the United States, prior to being acquired by Comcast. He also served in senior management roles at Level 3, Managed Storage International, Voyant Technologies, and Worldcom.
Mr. Guillaume received a B.S. degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Washington.
