Todd Litman, founder and executive director of the Victoria Transport Policy Institute, an independent research organization dedicated to developing innovative solution to transport problems.
Todd Litman has worked on numerous studies that evaluate transportation costs, benefits and innovations.
Litman will discuss the business case for transit investment in cities, suburbs and rural communities, and how transit investment has significant returns for communities willing to invest in transit. Litman will also discuss how transit creates cost savings for large and small companies.
