This workshop is the third installment of our “Business Growth Series” and is designed for established small businesses looking to better understand their customers and develop new strategies to attract and retain new customers.

About our speakers: 

Joel and Julie Fay are owners of Sandler Training, Blue Oak Business Advisors, LLC in Nashville, working to help people in business succeed with integrity. They combine their experiences with Sandler Training, best known for its award-winning sales, management and customer service training and coaching, serving individuals and some of the world’s larger corporations. 


Joel’s 30+ years of experience and learning, helped three organizations to market leadership. One experienced a 20-year stretch of double-digit growth. He served as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, COO, Chairman, and President leading 1,300+ staff and volunteers. He values great leadership, great marketing and doing the right things to help companies grow. Joel is a trusted advisor to train and coach top business leaders and their staff with a focus on exceptional sales and leadership.

Julie’s experience teaching, managing sales staff, leading non-profit organizations, and creative communications, brings great value to her clients. She has a keen sense of how people are perceived by others…and is able to gently guide professionals to improve their interpersonal skills in the workplace.
