In this workshop, we will focus on the financial performance of your small business and the capital it will take to keep your company growing. This program is designed for established and early stage small businesses looking to improve their financial efficiency and budget for immediate and long-term growth.
Attendees will learn best practices to forecast and budget for growth while identifying financial indicators to help you track and measure your financial performance. We will also discuss the current state of the lending market and what options are available for small business owners in need of capital to grow their business.
This workshop is led by our Business Studio banking partner, Civic Bank & Trust, and in partnership with the Pathway Women’s Business Center.
Attendees do not have to share their financial information during this program, however it is recommended you bring your company’s P&L or financial records to review during the workshop. We will have a CPA on hand to discuss best practices and common mistakes business owners should be aware of when managing their finances.
