This workshop is designed for early-stage and established businesses looking to create long-term growth strategies for their companies.
We’ve partnered with In Plan Sight to develop this workshop; market strategy executive Janet Rives will teach you how to create the framework of an adoptable business plan with predictable success. You’ll learn how to assign ownership, encourage cross-functional collaboration in your company and create a winning culture by having associates create their own goals toward the plan. We’ll also cover the process for review, quarterly updates and benchmarking one-, three- and five-year rolling plans.
