How much is a customer worth?
Customers are money … have you fully realized how to maximize their revenue potential? Each customer you serve equals dollars for your business. Do you know how much? If you can't quickly respond with relative certainty, you're missing opportunities. Your marketing efforts are being underused or wasted, and you're hindering business growth.
Why is this important?
- Empowers you to find more good customers vs. worthless customers
- Evaluate the type of marketing needed
- Develop better sales strategies
This workshop will help you accurately value your customers to use your marketing budget and resources more efficiently. We’ve partnered with Pryor Consultation and Spark Marketer to develop this workshop; the class will be led by industry experts Ryan Pryor and Taylor Hill. While this class is optimal for certain types of business (see below), the principles can be applied to most small and midsized businesses.
Ideal attendees:
- Business with set price lists or productized services
- Owners / managers
- Service industry businesses
- NOT a good fit for independent salespeople, brokers or real estate professional
