Strategic planning is either an activity to check off or a competitive advantage. This workshop will introduce several tools and techniques designed to ensure your strategic planning process is more than a necessary evil.
This introductory workshop will provide:

• Key questions that should be asked
• Unique tools and techniques to expand possibilities • Techniques for getting from vision to execution Half-day course: 8 a.m. – 1 p.m. (lunch included)
