To help you build your business, the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce is kicking off new professional development workshops in partnership with c3/consulting. Ideal for teams or individuals, these full- and half-day workshops will help your organization increase productivity, improve collaboration, enhance leadership skills and learn techniques for strategic planning.
Join us on Wednesday, July 23, for Strategy Boot Camp: From Vision to Execution.
Strategic planning is either an activity to check off or a competitive advantage. This workshop will introduce several tools and techniques designed to ensure your strategic planning process is more than a necessary evil.
This introductory workshop will provide:
• Strategic planning framework
• Key questions that should be asked
• Unique tools and techniques to expand possibilities • Techniques for getting from vision to execution Half-day course: 8 a.m. – 1 p.m. (lunch included)
