Ideal for teams or individuals, these full- and half-day workshops will help your organization increase productivity, improve collaboration, enhance leadership skills and learn techniques for strategic planning. Join us on Thursday, July 17, for The Seven Separators of Facilitation Excellence.
Leading teams from where they are to where they need to be is a critical component of success. This workshop is designed to:
• Outline a methodology for facilitation
• Define the seven separators of facilitation excellence
• Provide techniques used by effective facilitators
The workshop provides an overview of the tools and techniques needed to become effective at leading meetings, increasing productivity, acquiring team buy-in and driving action. Participants will learn how to open with impact, what questions to use to encourage robust participation, focusing the group, managing dysfunction and more.
